Incorporated on July 6, 2007, MWC was formed by partners Seth Mulhearn and Tony Wilson, who both previously worked as department heads for a local general contractor, Seth heading the Tenant Finish Division and Tony starting a Client Service Division. Both partners having a high desire to grow these lines of business as well as continually improve on the process and delivery of these services to the customer, decided it was time to form a company based on those values; thus, Mulhearn Wilson Constructors, Inc. began.

Seth MulhearnSeth, a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe, not only has a degree in Construction Management, but also many years of experience as a project manager (as is detailed in below resume). Furthermore, he has spent time in the field learning the various aspects of the construction process prior to receiving his degree.  Though it is a passion, construction takes a backseat to his family: a wife, a son, and two Labrador Retrievers.


Tony WilsonTony attended Arkansas State University and has worked numerous years in the facility and project management field for several large corporations such as Acxiom, Bank of America and Tyco International. (Please see below resume.) Much like his partner, Tony also spent time in the field working as an electrician and a HVAC technician. He currently maintains a Master Electrician's License as well as a Class A HVACR License in Arkansas.  In his spare time, Tony can be found speeding on the race car track, cooking in the kitchen, or cheering on his wife at equestrian events.


Jon CallahanJon Callahan, Superintendent, has over 15 years of construction experience.  He has knowledge of the whole spectrum including laborer, carpenter, millwright, welder, machinist, technician operator, foreman, supervisor, estimator, manager and anything in between.  After hours, he trades the hard hat for a baseball cap as he helps coach his son's tee-ball team. 


Matt HartsfieldMatt Hartsfield, Superintendent.  Matt's construction knowledge and experience including a license as an alarm technician and as a heavy duty equipment operator, brings a lot of breadth to MWC.  Matt and his wife are also tickled pink about the up-coming birth of a brand new baby girl, their first child! 



Debby Hawkins Debby Hawkins', experiences as a facility manager, project manager, and process manager is an asset to MWC.  She is also our accounting guru.  When she's done crunching numbers, she enjoys spending time with her 3 grandkids. 


Linda Langan, Administrative Assistant (part-time).  Our newest employee, Linda, brings with her bookkeeping experience.  She is ready to assist all employees with whatever whenever.  Once the clock strikes 5 o'clock, she head home to her husband and 16-year-old son. 


Billy McKinneyBilly McKinney, Superintendent, has supervised the construction of numerous remodels and tenant finish-outs, some as large as 16,000 square feet, all on-time and within budget.  Construction isn't Billy's only forte; he also plays bass guitar in a band. 


Adam MorrisonAdam Morrison, Superintendent.  With around 17 years of experience in various facets of the construction field, Adam is ready to tackle any task that may arise in the Client Service department especially those in the technical and electronic sphere.  This mechanically savvy father of three is also familiar with the equipment required for SCUBA diving, fishing, and hunting.



 
Susan MulhearnSusan Mulhearn, Administrative Assistant (part-time). Susan's experiences in database administration as well as office administration help bring this website to life and some organization around the office.  However, her number one and most difficult task is keeping her 10 month old son, Setler, in line.
