	Burks Vision Clinic Burks Vision Clinic is located at 305 East Kiehl Avenue in Sherwood. This was a ground-up construction project that was completed in January 2010.

	Larry's Pizza Larry’s Pizza, located on JFK Blvd in North Little Rock, dishes up the widest variety of pizza in central Arkansas. MWC completed this comprehensive tenant finish out in October of 2008, which included custom millwork.

	Marble Slab Creamery Located at 605 Salem Building B, Suite 1, this tenant finish included a walk in freezer, porcelain tile and custom millwork.

	Maumelle Athletic Club Located near the heart of Maumelle, AR, is a newly renovated 10,000 square foot building, soon to be available for occupancy by the end of March 2009.

	Parham Plaza Parham Plaza, located at the corner of Rodney Parham Road and Green Mountain Drive in Little Rock,

	Sonny Williams Steak Room Sonny Williams Streak Room is located at 500 President Clinton Avenue in Little Rock. The business shut down for one week for interior renovations and MWC worked around the clock to complete the project in the time allowed.

	The Other Center The Other Center, located at 4000 McCain Blvd in North Little Rock, is the heart of shopping central near Interstate 67/167.

	The Riviera MWC has finished 20 of the 80 refined condo units, and is in completion of the luxurious pool and cabana area. Each unit has one of five unique floor plans with superior amenities.
