Seventeen years ago, Erin Burgin began his journey in the construction industry as a laborer and has diligently worked his way up to the role of project manager. For the past 12 years, Erin has been with MWC, managing and supervising a wide variety of projects including retail, medical, office, convenience stores, and many more. He has the expertise to oversee projects from development to the certificate of occupancy, handling every stage in between. Erin thrives on staying busy and enjoys solving problems as they arise. His portfolio includes projects such as Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Speedway convenience stores, vet clinics, high-rise tenant finish-outs, large-scale commercial concrete projects, Altitude Trampoline Parks, multiple automatic car wash locations, Loomis Armored, Sunbelt Rentals, medical marijuana dispensaries for Bold Team, multi-tenant retail in several states, Sleep Number, and more.
